The Sport Band is very comfortable. The disapointing part is that there is no Blood Oxygen Feature because of the ongoing lawsuit. I feel ripped off as that is a feature that was touted as a major feature over the SE version. Seems like Apple is just making the consumer eat the cost instead of paying out the patent lawsuit.

I love my new I watch mine series. I love that he can tell when my heart rate goes up.

Immediately returned this item after being profiled , accused of being a fraud that stole my own account information and asked to provide my ssn after already providing my drivers license and all of my online bb information including the barcode in the app. I was humiliated and embarrassed. I’m a disabled paramedic, my husband who was parked outside the store waiting is a disabled veteran. We have shopped with bb and been loyal customers for over a decade. The manager saw my husband sitting in the truck while he was standing outside the store smoking and then me when I was at the counter trying to buy the watch for my heart condition after it rang up with $100 higher price. He profiled me, discriminated against me, eluded that I was making a fraudulent purchase and was rude. I returned the item immediately and the teenager at the return counter defended what he did, also treated me terrible and said “even I have to give a ssn to purchase” when that has never happened to me ever! And they kept insisting that was always asked when it has not ever been asked of me. I don’t trust bb with my ssn bc they already had a hack of my information years ago that they couldn’t explain. I was not comfortable being asked to give it to the manager who was profiling me.

Everything was good. The customer service, following up on waiting period. But the strap was not fitting smoothly. Had to manage to put them together

I did not like it and I wish I could return it. But unfortunately it's to late to be returned.

I puchased an Apple Watch on 5/25 in the store and was told i could pick it up on 6/4/24 -it is now 6/9 and the watch is still not available - I’ve made numerous calls to BB customer service and they have been totally useless - nothing but excesses -,this has been a TERRIBLE experience -

Apple dropped the ball on this watch. Hopefully they get it straightened out.

Bought this watch did a trade in and Best Buy won’t pay the trade in and then the only people I can talk to are useless people in India who lie and lie don’t buy online

Must’ve got a lemon! Bought it late Thursday night, set it up on Friday. It worked Saturday and Sunday. It had a black screen on Monday, and had stopped working completely. Apple provided us with a replacement several days later. Disappointing beginning with the Apple Watch.

This product is terrible. Installed correctly and within a month I was looking at my watch and noticed it was no longer on there.

Best Buy, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

First Apple watch. I don't like how the color/finish of the band is different from the case, looks odd to me. Pretty low level of customization, as with all things Apple. I believe the watches are overpriced, but is a nice accesory if you have the iPhone. You have to charge it daily, pretty much. But it does charge fast. Does everything it advertises it does. Very responsive screen, visible in daylight and comfortable to wear.
