The watch is fine great for working out etc. but the band is too small and it annoys me that they don’t stock the M/L

This review is not about the product(apple watch). This review is about the customer service I received when purchasing this item. I purchased this item during the holidays. Dec 19/20th. I was given the option of delivery or curbside pick up. I decided delivery since the holidays are a busy time. On the 21st, I received a delivered notice. However, when I looked in my mailbox/outside, it was nowhere to be found. I quickly called the carrier to see if I could get the driver to tell me exactly where it was placed but I was told these things take 2-3 business days. The next day I called best buy to let them know what had happened. They placed a replacement order and since I didn’t want to take my chances so i asked for store pick up. The ordeal continues… after a day, I was concerned I wasn’t getting the watch for xmas. On the 23rd I called again and they said it was almost ready for pick up. To just wait for an email and that it was guaranteed I was getting it before 9pm. No email… more calls and more promises… I got watch on Jan 17th…

Great product. But someone at the Best Buy watehouse stole it twice. Would not recommend buying from Best Buy

Shipment Delayed - Warning FedEx - Possible Delay Your delivery may be delayed. The estimated delivery is now Wed, December 20 - Sat, December 23. I would love to post a review about the Apple Watch but it appears my wife will never get hers for Christmas... So Sad! Should have been delivered by December 19th - 4 days later still show the above delay. Two chat sessions and a phone call from FedEx and still no package or an order replacing the lost one.... weird! Don't understand why these folks can't be honest and say you're never receiving this watch! Credit card has been charged with the due date in January 2024 - I guess I have to pay for something I will never see and my poor wife goes without Christmas gift!

Best Buy delivered an empty box and has not refunded me for the watch. They will not respond to my inquiries. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY

Eh alright . What I bought it mainly for I can not use it for due to my tattoos and they don’t even fully cover my wrists , so it can not track my sleep cycle . Which I wish I would have known that before because I wouldn’t have bought it lol .

I wish I could review my new Apple Watch, but when I tried to activate it, I realized that my iPhone was an older generation and could not support it. I don't need a new phone otherwise, and will purchase an updated one when the prices drop.

Some consumers may be up to date on the latest Apple products, but I'm not. This is a first for me. To come with NO handbook, instructions, or assistance of any kind is a disservice. I don't know where to begin.

There is no record of this purchase on my account. Called the store to rectify but the call was sent overseas. They were no help so I was forced to go to the physical store. The employee at the store couldn't produce a receipt so they sent me back to customer service. CS couldn't make the purchase appear in my account and were nasty about it to the point of hanging up on me. I'm DONE with BB after this.

This review is solely based on Best Buy. I wouldn’t know about the watch because I never got it and Best Buy refused to help with it. Do not purchase online from them. They use whatever cheap delivery carrier they find who will steal your packages and then Best Buy will not take accountability for it. I’m out almost $400 for the watch and nothing to show for it.

My product NEVER arrived. Then Best Buy told me that they were sending a replacement but then I found out the upper team CANCELED said replacement without even telling me anything or refunding me my original payment. I had to fight for days to get my refund. To Best Buy: if you said you’re going to do something you have to honor that. I used to buy everything electronic here but not anymore.

Bestbuy is the worst customer service provider organization I have noticed ever. They don’t deliver the product and don’t care of their customers. I have purchased apple watch online and they can’t deliver the product and don’t provide any update. After calling them multiple times and also after visiting Bestbuy store in ressarch Blvd in Austin they can’t help and don’t provide refund even when the product is not delivered to me.

Everything on apples end was perfect. I placed the order back in December received the Hoover board broken, and the replacement was canceled. My youngest child is devastated and thinks Santa hates him (after he got his favorite toy and it didn’t work, now it sits collecting dust as a painful reminder for the past month and a half. This watch was the last purchase I will make from Best Buy.

I have not received this purchase. I went to the Best Buy where I bought it and they told me they couldn’t help me. They laughed when I told the I bought this watch for my wife for Christmas. The watch was purchased at the store in Shreveport La, I did not order the watch online the customer service desk did the same people who laughed it has now been over a month and still no resolution.

Its just ok. No big deal to me. Disappointed in the battery. You must charge daily. Returned it
