Only worked for a year.

Never buy from Best Buy

I was sent a watch that was already attached to someone else’s phone. I went to the store to return it and was told they would do nothing. I have called repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and no one has called me back. They stole $400 from me like it was nothing.

Customer Service Nightmare

It took weeks to get a refund and I STILL have not received a refund on the 2-year Protection Plan. I have spent literally hours on the phone & in live chats and get conflicting information with every contact.

The compatibility with my phone is obviously way better but that’s where the superiority stops. The Apple Watch’s sleep, exercise and movement tracking are all not very good at all. I miss my Fitbit.

I’m able to customize it and the apps for easy use. Has a great battery life. Being able to take a picture with my phone through my watch made getting a Christmas photo with 3 cats who hate each other much easier than it otherwise would have been.
