    Hi let's begin with our BB rep/ sales person I'll give her five stars . She did give us one wrong item but remember it had several other customers she were assisting that morning. Went back the morning and it was taken care of by a next awsome BB Rep Six stars . The product is as of now doing great my kids love them.

    Better O2 sensor, better heartrate and charge lasts what seems like forever compared to the old. My only wosh was that Apple still did the 2 bands (long and short) because I was in between sizes!

    Great smart watch for the ability to answer calls and texts without your phone right next to you. I got this for my husband for Christmas and he loves the sleep tracking and health statistics that it gives him. He is never without his phone near him, so we opted for the GPS enabled and not the cellular enabled and that is sufficient for his use.
