We originally were looking to purchase online but you did not have the ability to use our GC there and then when we spoke to an agent they could not help either so we had to go into the store for the purchase. even though that was not a great outcome, all of the people we worked with were very nice and did everything they could to help .. would like to see someone look into that issue

Small problem. I ordered the watch with the wrong size wrist band. In order to exchange the band, I had to exchange the watch which complicated the return of the trade-in watch.

great watch! tells you a ton about your health and is very accurate! it fits well and feels unnoticeable! i highly recommend this smart watch at best buy you will get a great deal!

First, let me say that I love the Apple Watch and this one replace a series six. I have two Rolex watches and only wear the submariner when I go diving now. The Apple Watch that I had was about four years old and the battery was not lasting through out the day. The only feature this watch provides is the ability to tap my fingers to manipulate the watch. I use most of the features of this watch including the pairing with my iPhone with fitness and weight going to the health app on my iPhone. Throw in messaging, social media and news delivery & weather, it’s hard to beat these devices. But the battery just does not measure up and I really expected some new cool features…… Wish I has sprung for the model two.

I switched from fit bit to Apple Watch and I absolutely love this watch the fitness app and so much more. I don’t miss texts and can answer my phone. A comfortable fit.
