The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that the watch needs to be charged frequently. This is not that much of an issue since the watch charges really fast. The watch is perfect for tracking my activity, my sleep and my health parameters. I really like the sports band since it is really easy to adjust so that it is comfortable but not too tight.

The support from the store is great and the product is working really great without any issues.

I really enjoy the tap responses when I answer an incoming phone call, specifically when my hands are not free. The display is much clearer and brighter then apple 8

I come from using samsung galaxy watch, and the apple watch works so much better within the econsystem. First, comfortability 10/10, appearance/style/fit 10/10. Lastly, usefulness 10/10.
