    Terrible customer service. I was sent the completely wrong watch. They will not let me swap it with another in store and had to mail back for return which I still have not received and it was mailed back December 27th. Last item that I will purchase from Best Buy.

    Item returned. Box was tampered with upon delivery. Box cut open as if someone looking to see what was inside. I do not recommend delivery of high priced items.

    I never got my watch it was lost in the mail and I have yet to get a refund since November 14th. This is the worst experience I will never be shopping at Best Buy again.

    works great and is super comfortable. The band is amazing and I love the size of the face. Go bigger as the smaller one is hard to use. I also like that I didn't need a plan and it connects so well to the phone

    Excellent upgrade from my old Apple Watch. Lots of new features. Looks great and I have larger wrist, so the sport loop bad is great. Also the battery lasts almost 2 days! Love it!
