I didn't think that I needed one and it was a waste. I love it and wear it everyday. It helps me be more mindful of my movement and exercise daily as well as it allows me to monitor my notifications quicker.

After 4 months use into daily life it feels almost apart of your livelihood to look at your wrist more than using a phone for time or small task.

Easy to use

I will say that when I’m knitting, it counts every stitch as a step, so on those days, it’s less accurate. But it’s not a huge bother.

Love the qualitiy and features it has to offer. A store manager Christopher greeted us at the door and was very helpful in helping u s find what we were looking for! However, the newer series has much more to offer as far as heart monitoring is concerned. It’s comfortable and accurate plus it helps to monitor added activity and sleep patterns. I highly recommend this product to new users.
