Loved this Apple Watch the only thing I couldn’t get the display to turn off .. maybe in settings

Used to use samsung watch, looks different and good. But doesn’t enough customizable features or apps! Thats disapointing. Other than that it is good.

Great watch just didn’t see the need to upgrade. Does the same thing as older models.

charging could be better. not very convenient to charge. just like most apple products, doesnt come with own charger just a cord.

Wristband unsnaps too easily, making the watch vulnerable to damage. Other than that it’s a very nice piece of technology.

Just plain old Apple product quality, not better not worst. Once you go with Apple, you are locked in.....ahhhhh

Still working on figuring out all the capabilities, but having an issue with the watch randomly calling people.

Love the brightness but questionable on the battery time. I feel that since I switched from the 7 to the 9 my battery does a lot sooner.

it’s a great watch everything works fine and a great companion to the iphone experience

I love this watch, has so many features and health tools. Took off one star because I wish the battery life was longer.

The watch itself is great. The kids love them. Best Buy's customer service though, has now made me shop elsewhere. I purchased 2 watches as Black Friday special, and found out my daughter wanted a different color. I went to exchange it for the different color and ended up paying an additional $45 because the watch was no longer being sold at the sales price I initially paid. Even with it being the EXACT same watch, but a different color. I had my receipt and everything. I was told it was because Apple no longer had it at the original sales price and they control the prices, and I would have to pay the difference. Even so, I would have hoped that Best Buy would have done the right thing and allowed me to even it change it. Hope you enjoy your extra $45 Best Buy, because it's the last money you will ever see from me.

It’s a good watch, just wish the battery could last alittle longer, still having to charge it nightly.

My old 5 could log me into my iMac, alert me when my heart rate was too high at a rest position, and would give me a full charge every night. My new 9 won’t log me in to my iMac, or the other items mentioned. An 8 hr charge will only give me 79% charge to protect longevity life of my battery. My 5 didn’t have that issue!

Amazing Watch for regular use and best for fitness
