    It took 3 weeks to receive. I ordered one to pick up at the store and it was cancelled as it was out of stock. I rescheduled for delivery and it was lost somewhere. And I had to reorder and it was delayed. Unacceptable customer service

    Good watch. I traded my Apple Watch 7 for the 9, and there isn't a whole lot of difference, to be honest. I got it when it was a deal of the day, and they had it listed for a reasonable price. I also got offered a decent amount for my trade.

    I bought this geek squad certified as a gift for a relative in in May 2024. Unfortunately, I found out almost one year later that this was a fake it seems someone swapped out the device. This is partly on me that I purchased this and did not look at it before gifting it to the person who trusted me in specifically buying this watch. It’s an absolute shame that something like this would happen to such a trustworthy company as Best Buy as it damages the reputation of their refurbished items.

    The customer service is so bad at the 23rd street Manhattan. My SE was in good condition. Trade in offer was only 45$ lower than they offer me in the application.

    My wife thinks it's a bit too overstuffed. With the Masimo lawsuit on the ECG it also seems like the technology they're using is stolen which is never a good feeling.

    I like the watch, the only thing I don't like is answering calls, my headphones don't receive them, the watch receives the calls, otherwise I am satisfied
