I just bougt a series 9 open box it doesn't come with a harge now i cant charge ill go to the store in the morning

I have a 40mm SE and honestly I just kept that because this hardly seemed like it was worth upgrade with this model.

Got it for video calling- I had seen other no name watches have this feature. This one doesn't. Dissapointed.

Doesn't work on tattooed skin. No one told me prior to my purchase.

Battery life is so-so, otherwise, watch is ok. Aso would like to see round bezel from Apple.

Ordered product and was informed of the delay but have not received any good feedback on if or when the item would be provided. I would expect communication on options available to me for getting my order or as close to my order as possible.

Watch battery life not good, 911 goes off all the time, will not be purchasing this product any more!

It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. we ordered I watch Dec 14 with one day shipping offer. After 10 days I informed from fedex to call Best Buy because they couldn’t find the watch. Jan 3rd I called Best Buy and the agent promised me I will receive it 5-7 business days. Yesterday I got a voicemail asking me which Best Buy location I prefer to pick up the watch. When I called back to tell you guys about the location, I surprised the agent telling me that she will start an Investigation. I don’t know when this play will end. But this will be my last purchase from Best Buy.

This was an exact. Exchange. After 1 week it died. I bought it for the oxegen level to replace an Apple Watch but the exchange does not have the oxegen on it. I was not told that. Apple has removed it. Neither bestbuy or Apple informed. Me I disappointed with both. I would not have bought with out that. It will alter what I purchase an I may not need my Best Buy charge.

Liked the idea of it but having the raised circle against my wrist became irritating. It wouldn’t give a real time heart rate on home screen. Battery would only last 2 days.

I have Apple Watch 4 and this 9 both stay same amount of time mostly 23hr’s and wouldn’t upgrade no matter what online reviews say. Apple has been becoming a cheap products manufacturer, I feel they are going from best to worst with some products. I have multiple Apple products 4 phone’s, MacBook Pro, 3 ipads, 2 earpods. 2 Apple TV’s. Reason I listed all of this because of the experience I have with Apple products. For new users may be it’s a good toy

Ordered this watch. When it came in, we went up to get it. They tried several times to download it and never did get it to work. They found another one and tried it. Same thing. So I tried a smaller dial. Again same thing. I gave up. Returned mine and my wife’s. Wound up just buying a Sence 2. Not as many thrills but does do what I wanted and it works

This is my third Apple Watch. I bought this watch on 11/10/2023 and I noticed scratches on the glass and I don’t even know how it happened. I would recommend a shield if you buy one but really go with something else if you don’t want to put a shield on it and get Apple Care. My other two the 3 and 6 never had this problem so I didn’t get it. Basically wasted $450+ because it’s going to bug me so bad that I won’t wear it like this.

BestBuy have the worst customer service. Item will not be delivered on time for sure, buy it from somewhere else, not worth the aggravation. Every time I want to buy something at Best Buy I will have to think twice do I really want to waist my time and energy for couple of dollars savings? Excuses after excuses, no one takes any responsibilities any more.

I went to store to buy this, but they are out there, therefore i placed online oder for delivery and i received package delivery guys and when i check it was opened and i ask them for replacement but they send me like this. Best buy is just doing scam with people.

Item recalled shortlybafter purchase. Not the best Christmas gift my wife could have gotten

They gave me a smaller strap instead of an L, and It does not precisely fit my wrist

Size appeared to bigger for small wrist. .

Haven’t received the product. It’s been 2 weeks since I placed the order, Store it was ordered from is 30 minutes away from my house, figured I’d save me the drive and have it delivered.

I don’t like that the battery doesn’t last and I have to constantly keep charging it.
