Apple Watch lost the oxygen function ❌

Great Watch, poor customer service

Was supposed to be open box new excellent with all packaging but my watch came in a bubble wrap bag with a charger and that was it. contacted customer support and was told to return it. tried to leave a survey response once before and they won't publish it to protect their image.

Terrible customer service

They will not let me swap it with another in store and had to mail back for return which I still have not received and it was mailed back December 27th. Last item that I will purchase from Best Buy.
