The watch exceeded our expectations however one half of the bands did not fit properly. We had to go to apple to replace the band. Luckily it was free.

This was not water resistant. One I put it in the water it died. I never wanted to put it in the water until I see people in the water with it. I wanted to record my exercise. Once I put it in the water, it said I was having a heart attack and called 911. I tried to avoid but it was late and the watch never turned on again. I won’t buy Apple Watch never again. apple tried to look for a crack but it was in a great condition. Obviously no warranty for water damage.

The product is good as a gadget. However, it could have been more precise with distance and calorie count during workout

Newer doesn’t mean better. I had the watch 3 weeks before a crack appeared and rashes developed where the metal touched my skin. Why isn’t Apple providing charging bases? I had the series 3 with none of these issues. I’m now stuck with an expensive paperweight.

Best Buy was a pleasure to work with as usual! Easy trade in, price match, pickup. 10/10! Traded up from a Series 6 in hopes it would properly read my heart rate more than ~25% of the time. Nope, same subpar experience from the latest and “greatest”. Have done all the updates, restarted it countless times, worn it tighter, looser, inside of wrist, outside of wrist. Maybe one day they’ll figure out how to read heart rate during workouts.

Really bad experience. Ordered open box-excellent. Got watch and charger in plastic bags without original packaging and without even a watch band. Tried to return it and the serial number didn’t match what they were supposed to have sold me so they wouldn’t take it back in store. Had to take it to a UPS store and am still waiting for a refund.

The screen is super bright and easy to see, even outside. It runs very smoothly—apps open fast and everything feels quick. I love how it tracks my heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep. It also works perfectly with my iPhone for calls, messages, and notifications. The size is great for my wrist and the Midnight color looks really nice. The sport band is comfortable and stays in place all day. Battery lasts about a full day for me. I usually charge it overnight and it’s good to go the next day. Just keep in mind that this is the GPS-only model, so you need to have your iPhone nearby for most features like texts or calls. Best Buy shipped it fast and it came in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend it if you want a reliable and stylish smartwatch.

Not delivered properly, worst package ever received

If you have a Series 5 watch or below, this would be the generation to upgrade to. The screen is massive and bright for a smartwatch and you really can notice how quick and smooth the new processor makes the watch. Siri requests are instant reply every time and apps never have to load for a few seconds. I’m a bit disappointed that we won’t get to use double-tap until next month but besides that, this is a fantastic option and a worthy upgrade for anyone with an older model. Very happy with my Series 9 this far.
