And I regret that I bought open box and did not return it after first set of problems. The watch do not proper support it normal function: get and return phone calls and texts when away from the phone. Not T-Mobile not Appel can fix the issue. Do not buy open box from BestBuy. Or better not to buy anything from them. Do not take even free staff.

BB’s customer service is a joke. There was 1 equivalent 2 hours away and they said that was the only way I could get the correct watch. But had no way to have that store hold it for me. I have this Apple Watch and love it; but bought from Apple Store after confusion with Best Buy. They said if I would’ve bought new and not open box they would’ve done more, but that that’s a risk you take when you order open box items. (Item received was navy blue, no cellular, but was a 9 in same size)
