I seen a great deal on an “open box” version of this, and recieved THE WRONG WATCH. Not just wrong color, flat out Wrong watch. I called customer service and was told that because it was “open box” there was nothing I could do, they said I needed to find a store that had it and exchange it. Problem being, if it was sold within 2 hours of me I would’ve just picked it up at a store to begin with. They couldn’t refund the express shipping, couldn’t give me even a $5-10 consolation prize/gift card, literally said the only thing they could do is have me ship it, wait for them to get it, and wait for a new one (not even expedited like I’d paid for), or have me return it and exchange it in person. I tried calling a store a couple hours away to have them hold it for me, and it kept being forwarded to coperate, almost all of which sounded like the same lady, who told me “I don’t know where you got that number from, your source clearly lied to you.” (Google y’all, googles the source and it led me to to her after asking if i wanted that stores hours) she proceeded to give me a different number that was to an apartment complex 4 hours away instead, not even in my city OR the city I’d found a watch in. I will NEVER buy open-box for shipping again, and with how iliterate and un-helpful their customer service was (not to mention rude & dismissive) I can’t say I’ll ever order online from here again in general.
