I was regretting buying this even when it was on sale for 200$ off… and lo’ and behold my watch literally refuses to turn back on 2 weeks after purchasing. I tried to take it back to Best Buy and they said they can’t do anything for it and to take it to the Apple Store.. waste of money. Just buy a normal watch! For that money you can get a really nice watch!

Honestly it is not that special. If you have an older watch don’t water the money. It’s expensive for no reason. My Apple Watch 4 four works just fine and has only a slightly smaller screen. Save your cash.

Not very different than the previous version, battery life is the same as the 8th series. I don’t think it’s worth the upgrade.

Apple is garbage, their customer service is garbage. This is the second watch I have had to purchase as the one purchased in March completely quit working. Trying to get Apple to make things right under the warranty is nearly impossible and Best Buy refuses to help after 2 weeks. Be warned, if you buy one of these because you want the blood oxygen sensor, and it later has an issue requiring you to use the warranty, you will not receive a replacement with that feature. Even if Apple repairs your device, they will DISABLE that feature, intentionally, before returning it to you. We should not be victims in Apples legal troubles.

My steps and heart rate are consistently inconsistent. I wore my Apple Watch six which is very accurate and was checked by my physician and this watch is not accurate at all.

Good watch but the bubble back is weird on the wrist.

I like the watch it just doesn’t stay charged long

Nothing that Best Buy did, but I tried the Apple Watch Series 9 twice and returned them both. Both times the battery literally died within 4 hours of a complete charge and no apps running besides watching the battery percentage decreasing minute by minute. Apple said there was nothing wrong with either one of them after running diagnostics, but they were not "behaving as expected." Even after following all of the directions to minimize battery use, the watch died after 6 hours. Apple didn't offer any way to correct this deficiency. I'm not running the experiment again.

This watch just did not work out for me. It had nothing to do with its design or function. It was just my inability to understand how to correctly operate it. Can’t punish it for my lack of understanding.

 Completely reliant on the iPhone need to have a watch that works on its own.  I returned mine, I do not think the $45 restocking fee is fair, for this reason I probably won’t make any future purchases from Best Buy.

I will not buy a product from bestbuy for the second time. This is my first time placing an order on bestbuy. The original plan was to trade in my child's Apple watch for a new one. When I entered it, it showed that I could get a $140 discount. However, after bestbuy received it, it said that my child's watch could not enjoy the $140 discount. But I have already paid the full price of the watch. Therefore, I do not recommend that you conduct an online valuation because the actual trade-in amount will change. Now I can only request the return of my child’s old Apple Watch.

Even after being assured that this watch would arrive in time for a birthday celebration; it did not. Not only did it not arrive but absolutely no empathy from customer service when called about it. Was told “I do the best I can.” They were happy to take my money but not do their part. Will never buy at best but again.

The label is excellent condition of the product is a false claim. The use product was not excellent condition at all.

They intentionally shipped a wrong item to lock up my money and ruin my Christmas and till date no feedback of replacing the item or anything

My package is more than a month old since I ordered it and it still hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Apple Watch battery only lasts half a day. I’m not sure if the watch battery isn’t working.
