I went in to get the sales price difference and I was in the store over an hour having to go through different managers to finally get a gentlemen that help me out. It was not a good experience. Thank God he was helpful becasue the original lady told me I could do it.

Poor customer service

FedEx lost in transit. How is that and now Best Buy is not able to do anything until after they investigate. So disappointing. Christmas is around the corner and still no watch

The help I received at Customer Sevrice at the Best Buy Riverpark in Fresno was top notch. They went and found the one I wanted to exchange for, and were just so helpful and nice.
