    I bought this for my wife and it went on sale 9 days later. I went in to get the sales price difference and I was in the store over an hour having to go through different managers to finally get a gentlemen that help me out. It was not a good experience. Thank God he was helpful becasue the original lady told me I could do it.

    I ordered this watch on December 2 here we are December 19 and still have not received it. FedEx lost in transit. How is that and now Best Buy is not able to do anything until after they investigate. So disappointing. Christmas is around the corner and still no watch

    I got a locked watch. I couldn't connect it to my phone and when I tried to return it they told me I couldn't return it because it was locked. B@#_! You sent it like that! I swear this is the last time I buy from this MF store
