Got the excellent condition option, and the watch came with a deep scratch, and was missing the charger! Tried calling support and went to a store both said that there was nothing they can do. That the open box is always a BIG gamble on what you will get. Representatives were very nice but best buy left me disappointed.

Bought the watch as an excellent condition, received a watch with the band dirty and a small scratch, called and asked for a discount because I got the excellent and it should be in excellent condition. They said I can only return the watch. Poor and horrible customer service. They make the mistake and I have to pay for it !

Ive owned 2 other Apple Watch versions and this one by far is the best. I've spot checked the oxygen level and heart rate readings and found very accurate. The display is great and the battery time is better than advertised.

I got this on sale when it was $389 Awesome watch! Still has the O2 feature. It’s great. I use it every day and attracts your sleep, which is really interesting. Also tracks your walks and other things I cannot even imagine what this does that. I don’t know about, but it’s definitely the way to go, especially with the cellular you can leave your phone at home and then you have the ability to put your AirPods in or any headset you like and just walk without a phone

I love if i cant find my phone i can use my watch to locate it. I love that i dont have to constantly check my phone for anything while im working because I receive everything on my watch. I dont care for not being able to view all my pics on the watch but that could be because I haven’t figured it out completely. I strongly suggest this one. Also the bigger the screen the easier to text.

I went with the 45 mm and so glad I did. Love the larger size. Even with having a smaller wrist it looks great. The cellular service works so much better. I can hear clearly who I am talking with. Nice to be able to answer a call when your phone is not near and hear who is on the other end. I would diffently recommend the 45 mm.

This Apple Watch is the best tech I've ever owned! The battery life lasts all day at school even with notifications and fitness tracking. The double tap to control the screen without touching it is amazing, especially during gym class. It's super helpful to have cellular so I can text and listen to music without my phone. Plus it looks awesome in midnight aluminum with the matching sport loop. This watch is totally worth it!

This is my first time having an Apple watch so still getting used to using it. Had an issue initially as this is my first device that needs USB C for charging. The watch battery was almost dead when I got it and didn't think to buy a USB charging block when I got the watch. Ended up charging it by plugging it into my computer a couple of times until I could buy a USB charging plug for it. Still lots to learn about it but I'm liking it so far. Ended up having to upgrade my phone as well since my older phone wouldn't communicate with the watch. I do find that for calls and texting, I'm more inclined to use the watch for the notification that I have a call or text and then switch to the larger screen on the phone for talking and texting. While replying to a text on the watch can be done, that keyboard is really tiny. I have ATT for my cell service and found that the $10 extra they tell you for the added line for the cell for the watch became $15 with the taxes and fees. Overall, I think the more I use it, the more I will like it.

I did not expect to like this watch as much as I do. Simple setup. Very easy to use. Voice recognition is impressive. I like the selection of watch faces. Find my phone really comes in handy. Apple Pay is super convenient. Apple maps and music have nice controls on the watch. Impressive battery life.

In my opinion, the Apple Watch Series 9 is a great watch. Even though it looks identical to my Apple Watch Series 7 and 8 watches, I have noticed the internal improvements with the Apple Watch Series 9 and the additional features with it are an added plus. Screen The screen looks great. I like that the screen is brighter than my Apple Watch Series 8. Size I like the size of the Apple Watch Series 9. It fits nicely on my wrist. Battery I wish the battery life was better on my Apple Watch Series 9. I usually have to charge it each day. After experiencing a longer battery life with my Apple Watch Ultra 2, I wish that the battery life was longer. The Apple Watch Series 9 charges relatively fast. Cellular Service I have not had any issues with the cellular service when I am out and about with just my Apple Watch Series 9. I have been able to hear clearly when having a conversation with someone using my Apple Watch Series 9.

So pleased! Gifted at Christmas, waited to review until I could evaluate. Truly great product. Excellent battery life, easy to use and my daughter says she doesn’t know what she did before she received it. Wonderful choice.
