Great watch! Battery discharges too fast… thanks to BB

Bought it for my wife for Christmas. She loves it.

The product is fine; works like it show BUT I did not get the watch that I ordered, The sportsband was supposed to be starlight (off white) and I received a watch with navy blue band. Didn't open until Xmas so didn't know.

Ugh I hate it . I told my husband to take it back especially after I learned he bought it at Best Buy - the very worst ! They don't honor their protection plans .

I purchased 2 apple watches series 9 gps + cellular for $525 each and 3 days later best buy decides to give holiday discount of $50. I tried to price match and they only price matched 1 of them per their policy. Then another 3 days later, they disclosed another holiday discount of $70 (from the original price $529) which they are telling me that they can’t price match the item anymore because it’s already price matched. This sucks because if I knew they were going to give holiday discounts, I would have waited 1 more week to buy this apple watch. Not only that but if the price match policy includes 1 item per account holder, I would have purchased 1 under my account at the max sale and 1 under my mom’s account to get the full discount. I’m paying total tech membership + full prices on everything I buy, what’s the point? Ripping your customers off, not cool best buy, not cool!

I learned shortly after purchasing that this watch’s cellular and pairing features flat out do not work if you have a prepaid Verizon plan. My iPhone has long been paid for and I’ve been using prepaid plan for years. However, you cannot pair with a verizon prepaid plan. Therefore, i paid an extra l $100 for the watch, and have gone from a $25 monthly phone bill to a $110 bill to make the watch features fully work. That’s a massive increase and a real disappointment. I inquired about all this at BestBuy prior to the purchase but the sales agent was incorrect.

My order never arrived I called I left all the information they opened a case and there is no answer

Watch would not connect to my Verizon wireless account. Returned due to dissatisfaction

I spent a lot of money on this product and my son opened it and it’s not what I ordered. Disappointing can not begin the describe this. This is the first online purchase I made and most likely the last.

I am very happy with my watch, but after the screw job you gave my daughter on her treadmill, I will do my absolute best to never do business with you again

I ordered the item and it never arrived. Waited for a good 3 weeks and it still never arrived. The order ended up being cancelled.

Overpriced, it doesn't have blood pressure monitor.

This is agreat watch. Originally i bought ultra, but it was just too bulky and heavy. This one is a perfect size for workout and daily wear. Has 64gb memory and a newer chip. You can pick up an open box for about $50 less

It does exactly what I expected, has a ton of features which I am trying to maximize everything out of this watch.

My new watch is working great. The battery life lasts all day and I like the new apps that come with it.
