    It’s ok but it’s not comfy . I have to switch hands often. And it’s kind slow when I click on apps. And also little difficulty to install some app. For example college Id

    Would not recommend this what I watch doesn’t have the oxygen sensor that they say it has for that kind of money. They should put it back on the phone.

    I immediately returned this item because of the way I was profiled and mistreated by the manager. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and never been asked to provide my ssn in order to make a purchase. I explained that to him when the cashier would not let me leave the store even though she was provided with my Best Buy QR code and saw my app and verified my drivers license. Both of them kept claiming that a ssn was always requested and as you can see from my purchase history I have made ALOT OF PURCHASES over the years and was never asked to go that far to prove my identity. The manager was accusatory with an attitude and upset he was interrupted from his smoke break to have to help the cashier who said she was new and didn’t know why the watch was ringing up with the wrong price for $100 more than it was. That was why the manager was at the register. Up until he arrived everything was fine. After several times that I explained to him that I was not comfortable giving them my ssn and him insisting I was mistaken about it being a requirement and me explaining it was never required before, he finally admitted that it was new. He said it was for frauds and thieves that steal identity. And that I couldn’t leave the store with the watch until I gave them my ssn. I was humiliated, embarrassed, profiled and disrespected at that counter. They both looked at my drivers license and my online bank account and then proceeded to treat me like I was a thief. I gave my ssn with regret and told them best buy is the ones who have mishandled my account information in the past when some hacker or blip in the system allowed a fraud to access my acct and request a credit increase which alerted my credit online and sent me a hard inquiry denial letter. Your company could not explain the error that allowed that to happen and against my better judgment I did not escalate the issue further to find out if they blamed me or flagged my account after that. I have made purchases for my kids for contactless pickups and purchased in store many times and never had any kind of racist exchange like this. It was wrong.

    I love the Apple Watch features. However, the battery life is unacceptable. How can I use the sleep Tracking feature if I need to charge it so much!?

    The young guy that helped us out needs more training or should find a different job. He barely made eye contact and spoke quietly where we had to ask him to repeat himself several times. Worse part was that he was listening to a boxing match on his earphones and off and on watching the boxing match on his phone. He even said to a coworker within 5 feet of me that he was streaming a boxing match of his favorite boxer and felt like he was at the match. He was lazy in helping us trade in Apple devices and setting them back to factory. My info was still displayed on my Ipad and he said don’t worry it’s ok. Think his name was Alex. Our experience should have taken 15-20 minutes but it was dragged out to over an hour with his incompetence. Definitely never going back to Waterford Orlando Best Buy.
