    Battery life is underwhelming, has some cool features compared to the series 3 I upgraded from. Regret not going all the way and getting the Ultra 2.

    I ordered this new watch for a gift for my mother and come to find out that the watch came and I found out after the fact that is was not new. It was used and likely refurbished based on the feedback I received. I am disappointed in Best Buy for shipping a used watch when clearly it said it was new. If I wanted a used watch I would have bought a USED watch

    Went into the store to buy the watch. Rep said it was sold out in the store and not available on line. I went on line and purchased the watch and had it in 3 days. Not very good customer service.
