I ordered this watch but it was not in the box when it arrived. I got in touch with Best Buy and was told that I would get a refund but later I got an email stating they would not do anything about it. I will not be shopping at Best Buy again.

I am so disappointed in Best Buy's customer service. Not only was the local store rude and unwilling to assist with this birthday gift for my husband, so was the corporate leaders. Returned this item and purchased from Wal-Mart. Much better service, believe it or not!

I ordered this phone on August 24, 2024. Today is September 17, 2024. It has not been delivered to the Store as of today. My complaint is why would you sale something that is not available!!

Unfortunately, I had to return this watch because it would not track properly. The amount of miles walked and it is important to me to have this feature work well

best buy support is worst, no one is bothered on helping customer. My $50 reward is not given even after multiple followups

Took a moment to get used to the larger face since mMy old one was the 38 size. Now that I have gotten used to it I’m extremely pleased I made the purchase. I love the larger size for viewing EVERYTHING! I have small wrist and was afraid it wouldn’t work for me but it’s great. Thanks to Best Buy for open box prices. The watch is pristine and in perfect working order. I will always shop Best Buy deals.

This is my first Apple Watch and I really like it. I'm learning more about it as time goes on. I like the larger face that I chose. Charges very quickly.

These watches for the past 4 generations have been design nightmares. I owned 3 watches that broke down (just stopped working flat out) within 2 years. It's features don't work properly from the start. Both the software and hardware are not up to the quality I see from my Macbook or my iphone. This is an expensive piece of brick, I will never buy another one again.

There was some glitch but no one takes care . Dont know whether its a genuine product
