They told to send the product, I did send the product. But it was sent back. It was clearly cheating from the guy who sold it. I hope best-buy takes some action on this seller.

Save money and buy the 9 that doesnt have Blood oxygen. Big price difference when it comes to the sales too. Standard watch was 300 on sale as opposed to w/ Blood oxygen sensor @429

When I informed them of this, they told me it was past the 14 day return window and there was nothing they could do about it. The item was a gift for Father’s Day so it was opened until then (one day after the return window expired). Will never order online from Best Buy again.

I got in touch with Best Buy and was told that I would get a refund but later I got an email stating they would not do anything about it. I will not be shopping at Best Buy again.

Not only was the local store rude and unwilling to assist with this birthday gift for my husband, so was the corporate leaders. Returned this item and purchased from Wal-Mart.
