Nothing was wrong with my apple watch. However it isn’t as aesthetically pleasing to see as a nice standard watch. The added functionality this watch provides was not anything I found myself using regularly, but I could see how for some receiving notifications on your wrist instead of having to pull your phone out of pocket would be helpful in certain occupations. This is very expensive for what limited functionality it provides so I don’t suggest it as anything more than a tool that may be useful if your hands are tied up doing something else. Basically the apple watch isn’t for people that think it’s going to be fun to use as a substitute for their iphone.

It's not the best apple watch out there but it's very budget-friendly and it does the work.

The Apple Watch has some serious flaws that make it not worth the money. You cannot control notifications in a way that lets them show up on both your phone and watch at the same time, or choose which device actually makes a sound. Instead, the system decides for you, so I often miss important alerts because they only go to the watch, which is much quieter than my phone. The sleep tracking is also questionable. It keeps flagging sleep apnea-like patterns, but no matter what lifestyle changes I make, the data never changes. It feels sketchy, almost like the watch is designed to make you think your sleep is worse than it actually is. Overall, it looks nice but fails at being a reliable tool because it’s “not a medical grade device”. Yes, I talked with an Apple rep and got the run around…

Dry good item to trace all kinds of data. Very reliable

i like it only for fitness purposes, other than that i dont really use it

They delivered an empty apple watch box to my house. The general manager would not help us fix the issue at all and kept repeating that it is not within their policy to help us. She also repeated that it was out of her hands and that we had to figure out how to get our product ($300+) from FedEx. I called FedEx immediately after and was told that BEST BUY as a corporation should be the ones filing a claim for our missing product. As the customer, I had to call FedEx on one phone and have them talk to Best Buy on another phone. Absolutely frustrating to have your product stolen/missing and being refused help by the manager who was able to help from the beginning. She was dismissive of my concerns and of my frustration. Terrible choice of new management. I had to reach out to the old manager of this location (Nick) and he immediately resolved our issue.

The product has some problems, when tried to return they did not take it, not further asked for the extra money,very disappointed

a little slow and it malfunctions sometimes but it looks pretty

Don't buy form this!!! I bought the open box. But i got the empty box with no apple watch in there. Still waiting for my refund until then 1 months already still waiting

I originally bought this watch with a different band and 41mm screen online and it was defective. It would not charge or turn on at all. When I took it into the Frederick store, the associate that I spoke with (Naye) was so helpful. She agreed that the watch was defective and located this simliar watch in store for me to purchase and take home that day. She processed the return and the new purchase very quickly making what could have been a frustrating experience extremely pleasant. Thank you to Naye for her excellent customer service. I have had the watch for a day and have been happy with it so far, as I try to learn all of the features.

Was sleek looking and wonderful gift. Has plenty of functions and very durable

I had a 40mm, and just love the 45mm. So much easier to read and text with the ability to type other than draw.
