    Don't buy form this!!! I bought the open box. But i got the empty box with no apple watch in there. Still waiting for my refund until then 1 months already still waiting

    I originally bought this watch with a different band and 41mm screen online and it was defective. It would not charge or turn on at all. When I took it into the Frederick store, the associate that I spoke with (Naye) was so helpful. She agreed that the watch was defective and located this simliar watch in store for me to purchase and take home that day. She processed the return and the new purchase very quickly making what could have been a frustrating experience extremely pleasant. Thank you to Naye for her excellent customer service. I have had the watch for a day and have been happy with it so far, as I try to learn all of the features.
