It reminds me when I've sat to long and when I need to getup and move. Only down fall is that it doesn't have a keyboard to use when responding.

But now I hate when I forget to put it on or can't have it on at work. Only downfall is I wish it was waterproof. Oh well maybe soon Apple will come out with that!

Love my I-Watch

I use it to measure and it is so cool to just bring it up on my watch without having to pull my phone out of my backpack.
