Purchasing and picking up my Ultra 2 49mm I watch was a breeze. The Best Buy staff was professional and knowledgeable regarding clearing my old watch and setting up my new watch. Definitely recommend Best Buy for all electronics needs.

Crash detection and fall detection plus a fib and sleep apnea are very strong features. Missing the oxygen monitor unavailable due to copyright issues would’ve given it five stars.

Great replacement for older apple watches. I will say compared to the Series 4 and 8, tracking on this device is more accurate. The best functionality is way points when hiking and walking, even for parking.

Worth a buy, can monitor your day to day activities.

The watch is good with loaded features. Look and feel is better than previous generation. Sturdy built. I felt the standalone cellular mode is not worth it. You will loose the ability to use all the other apps which require s iPhone. I had to switch back to number share instead which let me use the apps but in this case my iPhone has to be connected to cellular. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind. The battery runs out very soon and takes some time charge.

The customer service rep was outstanding with the quality of service I received. I was in and out of the store in less than no time. Very polite and friendly

I bought this for my wife whom is having some issues with her heart. This gives her peace of mind by being able to monitor her heart rate whenever she feels the need, and will alert her should a problem arise.

Pricey but nice as we all know Apple will come with something better in a year they already have that in the works
