Overall it’s the worst experience buying an open item online with Best Buy… being a total member I have been reaching out to customer service for fixing the watch service plan due to their mistake it was cancelled…

worst shopping experience ever. Been kicked back and forth 4 times. Operator promised to ship the missing piece, and it never arrived. Called again, operator said they made misttake, and asked me to go to local store to handle. Went to local store in Warwick, manger kicked back saying they can't handle the return Finally, online operator can't even direct me to get the shipping information! that is funny. Keep saying there is mistake. No one is willing to help. Couldnt even find a way to return. Will never go back to shop any open-box online in bestbuy.

If you have tattoos in the area where the watch reads your wrists it will lock the watch or stop your work outs.

Super satisfied with the purchase. It would have been good if bestbuy had extra bands in affordable range.

Black coating scratches easy. Love the watch otherwise. But at $800, it should hold up better to scratching. I would opt for the titanium after knowing this.

Enjoy the switch from Android for work. Still learning things daily.

Don’t buy Apple products from Best Buy! I gifted this “NEW” watch to my husband as a birthday present. He opened it and tried charging it (per the instruction manual) and it never came on. For the amount of money I paid for it, you would think it would work. Called Best Buy and was told to take it the Apple Store or call Apple because it was a couple days past the return timeline since I purchased it about a month ahead of his birthday. I take it to the Apple Store, and lo and behold, they weren’t able to even take it because it was a used Apple Watch and it was locked so no one could turn it on. Apparently, it was a returned watch that had already been setup and everything, and had been returned but never checked by Best Buy for resale. They sold me a used and locked “new” Apple Watch. Don’t buy Apple from them! It’s not worth the trouble.

It appears ti have better cellular reception than my old watch which is goid

Great watch. A bit pricy. Only issue is band that comes with it is to small.

Applewatch does not link up to carrier and can’t return due to being past 14 days. Frustrating now i am stuck with a cellular watch that does not function.

Fail to sincronize, internal damage in SIM card. till waiting to get either a new equipment or return the damage one to have refund. So sad, very expensive item with so low quality.

On May 5, 2025, we purchased an open box Apple Watch Ultra 2 for an additional $19.98 with express delivery. On May 6, 2025, we received the watch. Upon opening the box immediately, we observed scratches and sweat on the band, watch, and back. This indicated that the watch had been extensively used, potentially during a marathon. We contacted Best Buy, which informed us that an “open box” device does not imply that it was previously opened, put back on the shelf, and then returned to the store. Instead, it refers to a device that has been used within the store’s service facility, such as the Vero Beach store in Florida, where the condition of the devices is reportedly even worse than in corporate offices.

The battery life not good but I like everything else

The goods were not delivered, the store took no responsibility for the delivery, I do not recommend it. The delivery man took a picture of the label without any background, although I tracked the goods and while he delivered it, it was an hour's drive from me, I did not sign for it and the conditions for receiving it in my hands were not met!

Average service. I got in the store. I asked the representative about this watch. I had to show her that they did had it in store as it was shown on their app. I paid and left.
