Best purchase ever works great no complaint's love it

Great watch. Good price. Long battery life. Open box special was a blessing.

Will have to wait and see. I had to replace my previous apple watch ultra that lasted only 2.5 years because of an issue with water, for which it was supposed to be built for. Disappointing performance and apple lack of support. Hope this one will be different.

I purchased apple watch ultra 2 yesterday after waiting and thinking for past few months before spending almost 800$ on a watch. After opening the box I found out that the watch was fake. The watch looked like new until closely looking at the back side of it. The charger was usb A and cheap fake quality. I went to return to the store but they did not take it back since the associate who sold me the watch was not in the store. I have been best buy customer for last 10+ years and purchased my macbooks and previous apple watch from here. Did not expect this treatment and fake product. I am stuck waiting to hear from them.

I am not sure why we couldnt have connected my watch to my iphone at Best Buy at the time of purchase. Sales person seemed too bothered to help out. They sent me to T-Mobile.

Great watch, awesome battery life. The ocean band was too small for me. Surprised that could be worn over a wetsuit wasn’t longer. Nice big display.

The 49mm screen is so much better to look at! The screen is bright and the bans i had for my series 9 45mm also works on the ultra
