I bought the open box item as excellent, but when I opened it, it had an original bracelet and charger, but when I tested the Apple Watch, I detected that it was a Chinese copy. I went physically to the Best Buy store to return it, where they gave me a contact and the case number 361376040. Soon after, I have been waiting for the refund, which was not treated as a priority in this theft case, and I already have two more open cases and nothing so far. item arrived back at best buy on 08/11 very upset with everything that happened and the lack of priority from bestbuy in this case of "stolen" possibly from one of its employees last case open

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent purchase I made through your Open Box program. I ordered an Apple Watch that was clearly labeled as being in “excellent condition.” However, upon receiving the item, it was immediately evident that this description was inaccurate. The watch is not fully functional, with multiple issues right out of the box. Most notably, the battery does not charge properly, and the magnetic charger does not stick to the back of the watch, making it essentially unusable. I called customer service and advised me to return the item to any Best Buy store.I immediately went to the store to find out that the Apple Watch Ultra 2 that I received from Best Buy website was FAKE I am so disappointed because i am expecting to receive something that met the promised quality standards.

Overall great watch but offers no advantage compared to last years model it’s pretty much the same watch in my opinion/experience

Very kool watch only one thing I find if I wear it too close down to my wrist it squeezes me, but I absolutely love it.

I purchased an "Excellent condition" open box item. Unfortunately, when I opened the sealed Best Buy shipping box, it was clear this was not in excellent condition (see photos). Upon further inspection, there was no watch face or band included. I tried to resolve this in person at a Best Buy store but was told that since it was an online order they could not help. They did verbally confirm that it looked like the package had been tampered with prior to shipping. After 3 claims into Best Buy customer service over the course of a month and half, I was told that even though the product was taken before packaging the box, I was liable because I had signed for the package. After posting my experience on a social media site, I found that I was not the only person to experience this and the other customers had similar issues with being completely turned away by Best Buy after purchasing missing open-box product. I ended up buying another watch from a different website with no issue. So I've spent double in order to get this watch. I love the watch and I think it's a really nice upgrade which allows me to function almost entirely independently from my phone.

I purchased this a Christmas present for my husband but it wont pair with his phone. Instead of the animation, the screen shows a QR code of some unknown app. I started to do an online search about the issue. i found out more things that lead me to a conclusion was it was a counterfeit. There were misspelled words in setting such as PASSWARD for password and MODE instead of model #. The back of the watch does not have the Apple logo and the word watch was written as WATGH. The watch face looks similar as the original but when you inspect closely, the holes for the microphone , water temperature sensor/depth and the speaker only have divets. The antenna line is also missing. I also verified with the Apple website but the serial number cannot be identified. I then called the Apple customer service to report the issue. They were surprised to learn that I got the product from BestBuy. What’s more shocking is that when we returned it to Bestbuy, they didn’t seem surprised when we said “this one is a counterfeit “. I am extremely upset as not only I was embarrassed for gifting a “fake watch” but it totally ruined the Christmas morning experience in my family. for the record: BestBuy replaced the item but Im just totally unhappy with the experience. Review made is for the experience and not for the Apple product.

Bought this because Best Buy had it on sale compared to the main Apple website or going through AT&T and the cost of the Ultra 3. ($300 more). I upgraded from a Watch SE so this definitely has more metrics, though a bit heavier. I'm probably not the best person for the review as I still just use it to measure my workouts etc. The battery life is significantly better, and the action button lets you go directly to the exercise options. I think I've used to EKG/ECG thing once so it's not a big deal for me. I do like that this larger screen I have the option of a keyboard for responding to texts w/o using voice dictation (I'm old). I will say if buying an unlocked version and adding it to a pre-existing phone account (I'm ATT/Firstnet and "upgraded" my watch"), make sure your cellular provider adds the IMEI# and the ICCID# when adding to your account. At no fault of Best Buy, it took 10 days to get the cellular service activated because both Serial numbers were not added correctly. Overall, I think it's worth it compared to the extra $300 for an Ultra 3.

BEST BUY SENT ME TEXT MESSAGE WITH WRONG INFO OF DELIVERY TIME AND DATE, 3rd party service showed up to delivery when I was not home, WHEN PURCHASING WATCH NO OPTION TO NOT HAVE A SIGNATURE delivery service returned my package had to purchase watch again and pick up at store VERY inconvenient !

I just picked up my watch today. But when I opened it after I got home, there is neither watch nor watchband in the box. All are sealed and there was no clue of those in the box. I paid over $700 which is a new price for this and I want to know if you guys give me some returned ones.

couldn’t be happier with my Apple Watch Ultra 2. It’s hands down the best smartwatch I’ve ever owned. I absolutely love this Apple Watch Ultra 2! The screen is super bright, the battery lasts much longer than my previous Apple Watch, and the titanium case feels strong and premium. The Black Ocean Band is very comfortable and perfect for everyday wear. Fast performance, excellent features, and totally worth the upgrade. Highly recommended!

The Apple Watch Ultra Series 2 is seriously impressive. It feels super durable but still looks sleek. The screen is bright and clear, even outside, which is great. It runs smoothly with no lag, and the battery lasts way longer than I expected. Plus, the fitness tracking is really accurate and helpful. Definitely worth the 5 stars!
