It has lot of good feature. I primarily bought it to check oxygen saturation level but the number shown is on watch is not accurate. Generally it is 3 points over when I compare it with my regular monitor. Has some other good features though but oxygen part is not 100% reliable

I found device was inaccurate at times. I think it may have been too large for my 7.25 wrist and sometimes the sensors didn't always make contact

One of the worst service I ever received from best buy. When I brought Apple ultra watch with trade-in, they charged full amount of my best buy credit without deducting trade-in value. I thought trade-in will go through within few days.So, I paid my best by credit card balance by subtracting the trade-in value. But it’s been over a month, still trade-in status says Received and verifying the trade-in. since, I didn’t pay balance of trade-in, they added interest rate to the balance by best buy credit card. I tried going to best buy store and also calling customer care, no one was helpful. This is the worst experience I ever had. I will be removing my account and closing best buy credit card.

Complete JUNK! These new Apple products are horrible! BEST BUY will do nothing to stand behind their loyal customers! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE NEW APPLE PRODUCTS

This watch is a really expensive watch as you can see.

Super disappointment with this experience and how BestBuy is treating customers. Was expecting a call from the customer service as I was promised but no one reached out to me in regards to my issue.

No new changes just bigger. I think you can pretty much get all the same important features with any $100.00 smartwatch.

This was a fake Apple Watch. Had to return it as it was defective. Still in the process of getting my refund. It’s unbelievable Best Buy would allow a fake Apple Watch reach its intended recipient.

Impossible to use during a workout since it triggers the action button despite me turning it off. This can lead to the siren going off or calling 911 by accident. Can't return it because to my surprise the return policy for smart watches isn't 30 days but 15 days.

Overrated, overpriced and OVERSIZED. Returned and went back to my smaller Apple watch.

Do not buy these from Best Buy. They sold me a used watch that was activation locked, and would not accept it as a return. Absolutely not worth the risk from this chain. Will not shop here again.
