Costly, But Worth it

Does what I need it to do with tracking my active lifestyle as well as providing a classy look. I can remotely control much of what I need from my wrist while on the go! Battery life is a plus! I can go at least 3 days on 1 fully charged battery, which is better than my old iwatch that came in at 1 day. Kinda pricey, but quality will cost you something.

Great Features, But Disappointing Battery Life

The design is excellent—rugged, premium, and it looks great on the wrist. The display is bright and easy to read in any lighting, and the software runs smoothly with tons of great health and fitness features. But the battery life has been a letdown. Apple advertises up to 36 hours, but in real-world use, I’m rarely getting that. With regular notifications, a couple of workouts tracked, and always-on display enabled, I’m needing to recharge by the end of day two—or sometimes even late the first day. For a watch marketed as “Ultra,” I expected more endurance. Low Power Mode helps, but it also disables several of the things that make the watch enjoyable to use. If you’re used to daily charging from previous Apple Watch models, it won’t feel that different—but if you’re expecting multi-day performance like some Garmin or Polar watches, this probably isn’t it.
