WRONG WATCH BAND. ONLY OPTION IS TO RETURN IT.

I selected the more expensive watch because of the watch band but when I finally got the watch by mail, I received a different watch band that was not even similar at all. I called Best Buy and customer service said to return the product. I asked if I could swap the watch band at Best Buy nearby because the watch face is okay and they said I can try. I go to the local Best Buy and they said they couldn't. I called Best Buy again and they said I will get an email from customer service. Customer service said to return for a refund. I got a deal but not the correct watch band like it shows on the web page. I'm very disappointed at Best Buy and their customer service. I'll be more cautious about trusting their refurbish items if I ever plan to buy anything else from Best Buy.

I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice upgrade with a little more battery life and tons of extra features.

I had the first Apple Watch and then switched to the android ones and my more recent smart watch was the Fitbit, if you can call it a smartwatch, and this is by far the best version of one that I’ve ever used. Highly recommend.

All the new features, are great if you are an active person/ outdoor person. I mainly bought it to track my runs and use it for when I go hiking, with the GPS and the new feature of mapping your route is pretty awesome

The battery charge lasts for days. The health data features such as the heart rate monitor, O2, and sleep tracking are amazing. I know my daily stock performance and weather with a glance at my watch.
