But above the convenience of emails and messages, this watch allows you to set goals for physical health and monitors health data like heart rate, sleep cycles, O2 levels, time in exercise, etc. this has really helped me improve my overall health.

    I used to have Ultra series 1 and a silicone band which is a great watch and the new one is not much different, but the new bands really upset me, i tried all three and neither one felt comfy. Otherwise a great watch
