I have been an Apple Watch user for years, but consistently disappointed with a few feature, battery life being number one. The Ultra 2 has amazing battery life and several other perks, it is worth the extra money. If you live an active lifestyle and use Apple products, buy this watch.

Love the watch it was a little heavy got a little warm from time to time, but it was perfect. I could start my car with it. I had it basically as a personal assistant.

Another winning product from Apple. Does everything advertised. And it was easy to set up, even for a not-so-tech-savy individual like myself. Especially useful for checking heart functions, monitoring activity and exercise levels, hiking, and staying well ahead of the typical barrage of emails and messages. Cellular function is a plus.

Love it. Figured I would go all out and get the Ultra. I play a lot of basketball and the crashes we have on the court get picked up by the watch asking if I am ok. Lots of features too as well as a lot to still learn about the watch. I do find there is a problem with listening to podcasts that are on my iPhone and my watch. I went to an Apple Store and was told it was a “small bug they are working on.” By trial and error I found that if you want to listen to specific podcast(s,) make sure it is pulled up on your iPhone. Then, turn off the watch, wait a few seconds then turn it back on. All of the old as well as most recent podcasts that you listen to will then load on your iPhone. If there is a shorter route I would love to know but this way has not failed me. The keyboard as expected is SUPER tiny so if you try to send a text and you have large fingers, prepare for the typos. Still, five stars. I only hope that as the internal battery gradually loses the ability to hold a full charge, that there will be some sort of battery replacement. $850 would be a lot to toss or recycle simply because there is no battery replacement.

I'm always looking for deals and saw the Apple Watch Ultra refurbish. I selected the more expensive watch because of the watch band but when I finally got the watch by mail, I received a different watch band that was not even similar at all. I called Best Buy and customer service said to return the product. I asked if I could swap the watch band at Best Buy nearby because the watch face is okay and they said I can try. I go to the local Best Buy and they said they couldn't. I called Best Buy again and they said I will get an email from customer service. Customer service said to return for a refund. I got a deal but not the correct watch band like it shows on the web page. I'm very disappointed at Best Buy and their customer service. I'll be more cautious about trusting their refurbish items if I ever plan to buy anything else from Best Buy.

Amazing investment. I like this one a lot over what I had before. Lot of features, the size is a big plus to navigate through the features

This watch is awesome! It’s an upgrade for me and worth every penny. And buying was easy, I called one store, they didn’t have it but they found at another nearby store. The guy in the phone put it in a digital shopping cart for me. I then logged in, paid for it and drove to the store to pick it up. Super easy! Almost too easy!

This is, by far, the best Apple Watch. I've owned at least half a dozen at this point. This one is better than the stainless models. This is better than the Series 9. It is speedy, but if you can swing it, it is worth it. My only quibble is that the band isn't my favorite at all. That was easily remedied though.

My husband loves his Christmas gift! He says it's the best gift he received! It has great functions and is easy to setup.
