Ordered 12/2 and still have not received. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. Been on the phone now for an hour.

I had a heart episode years ago (Afib) and doctor suggested I get an Apple watch 4, I loved it but with this upgrade I have no regrets! My old battery was not lasting through my day now I have a minimum of three days before I recharge. It has a bigger dial and I like that. I could never use the keyboard on my old watch, I was a little afraid of the extra weight, that Lasted 5 about minutes. Now the extra weight is negligeable to me. the voice recognition is greatly improved, which makes it much easier to reply to texts. More complications can fit on the dial, that is cool. I got on YouTube to let the experts tell me of the many other things this watch can do. I think the regular series 9 watches can do most of the same things but, if you can afford it believe me you will never regret it.

Alright, so i probably over purchased what I needed with tbi watch, but I absolutely love it. From the size to the look, this watch has any gadget needed and it’s right there in your wrist. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent watch. I have had many apples watches through the last years but this one is really especial. So powerful gear, it looks nice on me. I just love it

wish apple put new s10 chip in this watch but o well if you still have Apple Watch Ultra 2 blood oxygen version I would keep it I don't really need blood oxygen anyways I never smoke in my life if you don't care about not getting blood oxygen feature then go for it the black titanium looks awesome thank you apple if u want to wait for the ultra 3 next year that's ur choice this band feels so much better then the ocean band hands down

Great watch so far. Processing is much faster than the 3 I had. I really enjoy the wristband that came with it. The battery life has also been great.

Upgraded from a series 6 and absolutely love it. Size and weight took a little getting used to but it only toom a few days. The redshift screen in the dark is a wonderful little addition. The band is comfortable and stretchy enough that when i bloat throughout the day it doesnt feel too tighty like the sports bands did. The increased call volume is nice as well. While not a complaint of the ultra itself but of all apple watches i wish they came with the ability to pair to my made for iphone hearing aids. It seems the aids run on a different version of bluetooth than any of the watches have. Disappointing as id love to be able to leave my phone behind and pair my paids to the watch so i can more easily communicate via the watch.

Im coming from a series 3 and I always said I never needed nothing fancy but once I saw the size of the Ultra 2 and the reviews on Youtube/online. I just knew that it was my next big upgrade in tech. Quality definitely feels like the investment was worth it. The double tap feature has its conveniences and the size and brightness of the screen make it all the better. The series 3 seems like a caveman design at this point. If youre anything under the series 8 id say make the jump. Itll be worth it!

I got this is as a gift before this i had the apple watch se. I have heard many people say that they would never pay 800 dollars for this watch but I will say that the watch itself has an amazing battery life I find my self wearing it all day I only take it off when I charge it. I sleep and shower with it on and its great. I charge it on Wednesday and Sunday only I think this watch is worrh every penny.

The ultra watch 2 is so much faster and the battery lasts much longer.

My review is for the customer service, this is a gift for my husband it’s the ONLY thing he ask for, but it’s really expensive. I managed to be able to order one and have it shipped. Delivery was to be fedex, great. BUT the packaging was opened and retapped when I opened it the watch box was dirty and torn so something told me to open it, when I did the ONLY thing there was the charger, the watch was stolen. I called customer service sobbing, the poor man who took my call must’ve thought I was crazy! But he was SO kind and calming and reassured me they would replace it. I picked up a replacement a few days later at the local store. The customer service representative was amazing and I’m so thankful for him.

Like most Apple products, this doesn’t disappoint. My previous Apple Watch was a three, so this is a big upgrade and the bigger screen works well with my aging eyes.
