For a big company like Best Buy I’m extremely upset with how cheap they try to go with delivery service like OnTrac. Had a go kart delivery via ups and no issues. Beats headphones and even a ps5 and no issues. But a small Apple Watch they can’t deliver. Took the day off and even have a ring camera and no one came to my door and knocked let alone attempted to deliver my package.

When I ordered this watch, I received an empty box with no watch. Best Buy refuses to provide me with a replacement or a refund.

They also charged me a $45 restock fee. I tried to just do an even exchange for the larger size and they refused
