    Avoid buying any open items from Best Buy! Their customer service is absolutely terrible. When I ordered this watch, I received an empty box with no watch. Best Buy refuses to provide me with a replacement or a refund.

    Watch itself no issues due to the fact that the delivery service I was charged $20 for didn’t even attempt to deliver my watch. For a big company like Best Buy I’m extremely upset with how cheap they try to go with delivery service like OnTrac. Had a go kart delivery via ups and no issues. Beats headphones and even a ps5 and no issues. But a small Apple Watch they can’t deliver. Took the day off and even have a ring camera and no one came to my door and knocked let alone attempted to deliver my package.

    Band didn’t fit, when I went to Best Buy to exchange they wouldn’t exchange at the same price for a larger band. They also charged me a $45 restock fee. I tried to just do an even exchange for the larger size and they refused

    I have Best Buy Plus to price match for 60 days, but they didn't allow me do price match Team is claiming i have only 14 days

    Absolutely great watch but don’t trade in your device to Best Buy. It’s been more than a month and I have yet to receive my trade in credit.
