Great technology but To much watch for a simple person.

Overall it’s the worst experience buying an open item online with Best Buy… being a total member I have been reaching out to customer service for fixing the watch service plan due to their mistake it was cancelled…

On May 5, 2025, we purchased an open box Apple Watch Ultra 2 for an additional $19.98 with express delivery. On May 6, 2025, we received the watch. Upon opening the box immediately, we observed scratches and sweat on the band, watch, and back. This indicated that the watch had been extensively used, potentially during a marathon. We contacted Best Buy, which informed us that an “open box” device does not imply that it was previously opened, put back on the shelf, and then returned to the store. Instead, it refers to a device that has been used within the store’s service facility, such as the Vero Beach store in Florida, where the condition of the devices is reportedly even worse than in corporate offices.

If you have super dark wrist tattoos this is a no go if you’re gonna use certain features like double finger taps to send text and open text.

Average service. I got in the store. I asked the representative about this watch. I had to show her that they did had it in store as it was shown on their app. I paid and left.

The watch I love. But the store did not want to take my series 5 because the nike version was not listed in the trade in system. Stupid in my opinion. The delivery was way later than stated as well.

Applewatch does not link up to carrier and can’t return due to being past 14 days. Frustrating now i am stuck with a cellular watch that does not function.

Fail to sincronize, internal damage in SIM card. till waiting to get either a new equipment or return the damage one to have refund. So sad, very expensive item with so low quality.

Nice product but they need to put more value to the money

There’s nothing special about this product. It’s just another watch that I didn’t need but I brought it simply for the name. Could have save 800 dollars.

The goods were not delivered, the store took no responsibility for the delivery, I do not recommend it. The delivery man took a picture of the label without any background, although I tracked the goods and while he delivered it, it was an hour's drive from me, I did not sign for it and the conditions for receiving it in my hands were not met!

Not useful unless you want another phone on your wrist. Battery life sucks and it doesn’t talk to Garmin products

Isn’t that much better than my last APPL watch. I had before.

It had a missing bracelet accessory, it was in good shape though.

When I received this ieam it was hooked to someone’s cloud and could not use . Drove 2 hours because when I called to report the issue the representative they told me I could take it to any Best Buy and they could fix it. Like said drove 2 hrs . Just to find out they couldn’t do anything because it was linked to someones iCloud I couldn’t even return it.

If you want compatibility, you need to buy into the entire apple ecosystem. This watch is useless if you use Andriod and a normal computer that's not a Mac. You're better off with an Andriod Smart Watch which will work with any device and doesn't force you into one ecosystem. Just don't buy Apple products... They are a big scam.

If I could give this rating ZERO stars I'd do that. I was scammed with this purchase. I called the store to inform them only to have them attempt to process the transaction. Fortunately, I refuted the transaction with my bank. I am utterly disgusted with how things were handled. Whomever, you gave this Apple Watch was not me.

The watch had a defective battery that died afyer kess than an hour. Because I set it up on my cell pkan it was a nightmare to get BestBuy to refund my money. Thatcwas the most disappointing part.

If you have a bigger wrist, stay away from this product or be ready to spend $100 extra just for the bigger band. Called Apple twice to see if they can swap the band to bigger size, their reply was to contact best buy. called best buy regarding the issue, they said to return the product and buy a new watch. It has just been an hour I purchased the watch and now I have to return this. The problem is now here is, I traded it with my Apple watch 9 and they don't know where my traded watch is?
