The best Apple Watch ultra 2 is different from another’s

The watch is excellent, I just wish battery life was better.

I am happy with the Apple Watch I like it recommended

Extremely disappointed with this product! I bought a smartwatch for fully using its features and only discovered the issue with the blood oxygen sensor after the receiving the item. The sales agent assured me that the version I selected would have this feature.

The performance is good compared to previous versions. Worth it!

I purchased this for online order pickup as an Open Box - Excellent and received a FAKE watch! I noticed at first that it was unlocked and then I started to notice the apps looked very fishy. The back of the watch said “WATCH ULTRA” and there was an “i” app that showed a serial number that was different than the boxes. The band seemed brand new. There was a Gucci and Hermes Lock Screen which is another giveaway. I turned around and drove 15 minutes back to the Best Buy. I was first told I would have to call Best Buy online support and handed the watch. I refused this as I didn’t trust it. The manager called in for me and was told to swap it with another watch I believe. Eventually, another employee assisted us and said all I could do was store credit.

I love the apple watch series. I wanted a BIGGER one of course. I have big wrists, but thos was toooooo big. Uncomfortable BIG. Ill stick with with my 8.

Apple has bad belt option for huge price the belt is not friendly to handle the metal can hit the frame and leave marks and apple need to come up with more friendly belt on this piece.

Says open box excellent , the function is dog crap

I completed the purchase as watch + strap and paid $749, After receiving the package, I opened the box, but there was no watch strap inside... When I told the customer service, they said that they would charge me an additional fee of 45 dollars, and after charging me this fee, they changed the package... The fact that there was no watch strap inside the unopened box is Bestbuy's fault, not mine.

I have ordered the apple ultra 2 and after receiving the watch it doesn't seems to be working. So I got in touch with the customer representative and I needed to return back the item and they told me that they will be issuing the refund within 7-10 busy days. But they did not initiate any refund rather they sent me the same defective item again.

Ordered online and package was damaged during shipping. Contacted Best Buy and they said no more were in stock. I am still waiting on a refund while they investigate why the package was damaged by fed ex 3 states away. It has been almost a month. Do not order online.

I ordered this over a month ago . Still have not received . Contact Best Buy customer support 4 times and on hold and no solution

Waited an over a year to get the Ultra as I was unsure if the upgrade from a 7 was worth it. When Best Buy’s had the sale I ordered and after a few weeks I realized I should have never waited. The battery is amazing the larger screen is great when on activities. Best watch I’ve had yet.

guys when buy this watch make sure update to watch os 10.1 it makes watch worth the upgrade its call double tap the watch is awesome I recomed this watch

Bought my husband the watch for Christmas and be absolutely loves the quality and features.

Must have for anyone in the apple echo system. Then band is comfortable
