Its good if you never had the ultra before, because its very similar.

love it, but again. battery life suck like all apple products. i dont know until when they are going to keep us always behind.

The watch is exceptional except the email with the promised 4 months of free Apple Fitness+ did not arrive.

First world problem, but the watch wont read through tattoos, have to wear watch on other wrist

Upgraded my ultra 1 for this hoping to get better performance and better look since it’s space black. Very very disappointed in the color coating. Paint is already chipping off with regular use. And to make things worse, the cellular service doesn’t work with my TMobile service. Never had any issues with my ultra 1. Don’t buy the space black

Very upset, 3 different employee guaranteed me that device will be available for pickup on the 22nd (launch day) and I did order under those terms, not I don’t have the watch and neither a expected date, on top of that my credit card was already charged and I still don’t own the item , this is by far the worst experience I’ve had, I’ve contacted store and online chat , and nothing, even on the chat it was told to me that I will receive it on launch day at store , and I did not buy it from another place because they guaranteed me that I did not have to worry because it will be available for pick -up on launch day …

Item was purchased open box and never turned on. I was informed by store and online concierge that item cannot be returned because it is locked. It has to be locked to someone else's account because it never powered on at delivery. Therefore it was returned by previous owner locked and then I was defrauded.

This review is for BestBuy and the customer service. Not the review for the watch. BestBuy made it a horrible experience when my order didn't ship and I was told that I will be receiving my order soon. All the call centers are outsourced and they have no idea what they are talking about. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I don't think BB values its customers. I'm never coming back to shop at BB

This item was stolen from the box by the delivery driver on the day before Christmas eve so I wasn't able to enjoy it. Thank you FEDEX! With the delivery process being out of Best Buys hands, I can't fault them on this. However, there has to be a better delivery set up - signature only or don't send in a box with a symbol that gives someone the idea what the item is. The reporting process isn't smooth either, and waiting on a refund or update has been silent. I had to reach out for further information.

I never got this watch but I would love it to be sent to me when the box got here there was no watch in the box

You guys sold me a fake Apple Watch and it was unbelievable. I had to go through to get it replaced and thankfully a local store at Camelback Bosville Store took it back and did not force me to drive back to San Diego where I was visiting to pick up the watch. Don’t you guys have quality control

Do not buy it online we made a purchase in 12/02 and the package is stolen, Best Buy custom service did not help to solve the problem at all. It is awful experience. Already filled complaints with BBB about it

I even didn’t get the item so many time i call you guys that I didn’t get my watch you raise a company and you backend team rejected and not even refunding my money it’s not a small amount 789 dollar.i need my refund.

Ordered 12/2 and still have not received. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. Been on the phone now for an hour.

I had a heart episode years ago (Afib) and doctor suggested I get an Apple watch 4, I loved it but with this upgrade I have no regrets! My old battery was not lasting through my day now I have a minimum of three days before I recharge. It has a bigger dial and I like that. I could never use the keyboard on my old watch, I was a little afraid of the extra weight, that Lasted 5 about minutes. Now the extra weight is negligeable to me. the voice recognition is greatly improved, which makes it much easier to reply to texts. More complications can fit on the dial, that is cool. I got on YouTube to let the experts tell me of the many other things this watch can do. I think the regular series 9 watches can do most of the same things but, if you can afford it believe me you will never regret it.

Alright, so i probably over purchased what I needed with tbi watch, but I absolutely love it. From the size to the look, this watch has any gadget needed and it’s right there in your wrist. Highly recommend!

Upgraded from a series 6 and absolutely love it. Size and weight took a little getting used to but it only toom a few days. The redshift screen in the dark is a wonderful little addition. The band is comfortable and stretchy enough that when i bloat throughout the day it doesnt feel too tighty like the sports bands did. The increased call volume is nice as well. While not a complaint of the ultra itself but of all apple watches i wish they came with the ability to pair to my made for iphone hearing aids. It seems the aids run on a different version of bluetooth than any of the watches have. Disappointing as id love to be able to leave my phone behind and pair my paids to the watch so i can more easily communicate via the watch.
