Isn’t that much better than my last APPL watch. I had before.

It had a missing bracelet accessory, it was in good shape though.

When I received this ieam it was hooked to someone’s cloud and could not use . Drove 2 hours because when I called to report the issue the representative they told me I could take it to any Best Buy and they could fix it. Like said drove 2 hrs . Just to find out they couldn’t do anything because it was linked to someones iCloud I couldn’t even return it.

Never was delivered. Very disappointed in customer service too

If you want compatibility, you need to buy into the entire apple ecosystem. This watch is useless if you use Andriod and a normal computer that's not a Mac. You're better off with an Andriod Smart Watch which will work with any device and doesn't force you into one ecosystem. Just don't buy Apple products... They are a big scam.

The watch had a defective battery that died afyer kess than an hour. Because I set it up on my cell pkan it was a nightmare to get BestBuy to refund my money. Thatcwas the most disappointing part.

If I could give this rating ZERO stars I'd do that. I was scammed with this purchase. I called the store to inform them only to have them attempt to process the transaction. Fortunately, I refuted the transaction with my bank. I am utterly disgusted with how things were handled. Whomever, you gave this Apple Watch was not me.

If you have a bigger wrist, stay away from this product or be ready to spend $100 extra just for the bigger band. Called Apple twice to see if they can swap the band to bigger size, their reply was to contact best buy. called best buy regarding the issue, they said to return the product and buy a new watch. It has just been an hour I purchased the watch and now I have to return this. The problem is now here is, I traded it with my Apple watch 9 and they don't know where my traded watch is?

Watch is great but the band not so much. It keeps coming off. You should have an opinion to select different band. I was charged for restocking fee when trying to exchange the band. Not happy with that.

Went back to store for price adjustment because of sale two and a half weeks after purchase. Customer service would not honor. I am a very active customer and not happy

Went on sale further 3 weeks after being bought n still in box but wouldn’t honor price adjustment prob wont but from Best Buy again

The battery was the issue for me. The constant charging and inconsistentency

The delivery stole my Apple Watch Ultra 2 and I have been waiting for a replacement for more than a one week and still dont have it fro now. "great service you have", I wouldn't wish it on an enemy! I will never use BESTBUY again in my life and I don't recommend it to others.

After driving 1.5 hours to pick up this watch, I opened it up and the watch was not the right one. I took it back after driving 30 minutes out and got told they could not refund me or return it. So I then called 1-800-BESTBUY. Because that’s what I was told I could do and now I am just waiting to hear back from them they’re yet to answer and it’s been a week.

THE STRAPS ARE BAD AND DONT FIT AT ALL.IT TAKES FOREVER FOR THE STRAPS TO FIT

I haven't learned all that this watch can do, but I love it! I've owned Apple watches for over 10 years and this one is absolutely my favorite. I love the long battery life and the size of the screen.

The apple watch ultra 2 could be more accurate with the information, in which all the time asks to stand, other details in the sleep function that gives you sleep reference and could be more complete, the battery lasts very little by the number of function it promises. It’s a watch that I don’t recommend for these details.
