Disappointed in Music App support for Amazon Music
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use fitness watches for running and listening to my amazon music. compared to Garmin this Apple Ultra watch felt very nice to wear and high quality. However the software for Amzaon music is extremely glitchy. The first 2 month I had the apple Watch ultra was fine. I had no issue with my music playing while running with music downloaded to the watch. 2 Months later I find out that the downloaded music content expires and I need to download the music all over again. Only this time the watch no longer allow me to DL my Amazon Playlist. I tried everything from updating all software and factory resesting. Wasted hours of my time trying to get it to work. I'm switching back to Garmin. Apple devices don't play well with non apple apps.

I did contact fedex several times I still waiting for answer and signature proof and Best Buy customer service just told me, I’m sorry but was delivered contact police department and you guys clean your hands, I’m the one still paying for a item I do not have. Sucks !

Also, if I run 2 miles in a treadmill, the watch only says I ran 1.4 miles and there’s no way to manually adjust the distance. Makes it pretty worthless to work out with.
