    My wife found the watch heavy, but I was unable to return it after Christmas. I would not recommend purchasing from Best Buy!

    I do think the price the processing speed shoukd be faster. I have to push buttons several times sometimes to get it to work.

    As of right now, watch OS 10.1, there is a problem with the ambient light sensor where the screen is way too dim in low light. Also, bringing brightness down to 1 nit from 2 was a mistake. I preferred my Ultra 1. If you have the ultra 1 already DO NOT UPGRADE until there is a software update that addresses these issues.

    If you have tattoos in the area where the watch reads your wrists it will lock the watch or stop your work outs.

    Black coating scratches easy. Love the watch otherwise. But at $800, it should hold up better to scratching. I would opt for the titanium after knowing this.
