The size is perfect, the color is vibrant, this watch is a great buy! What was mediocre was the customer service at the store. Waited for about 30 minutes for a sales person, no one helped, even after I had told 2 attendants I needed assistance. So I went home and got this Apple watch online. This is the reason why phyical stores close. Poor in-person customer service.

First watch didn’t work. Hopefully this one will. Couldn’t return at the store even with my total tech support. Has to be within 14 days and it was just outside of that.

Great upgrade from the series 7. Plenty of features for those who work out.

The best thing is large easy to read face . Battery life is exceptional

"Absolutely amazing product! The watch offers so much it's insane. I just got it 2 weeks ago and I'm still learning something new every day. The health features are my favorite. I don't really care that I'm able to read my messages, accept calls, look at my emails and do other COUNTLESS cool thingss with it. I just care about all of the health app functions! Aside from the health features, I would say that my next favorite thing about this watch is the strap! I love how comfortable it is on my wrist! Try this one if you dont want to use a lot but feel the lastest version. You will get 24 months protection without a cost.

Love this watch compared to all of the other models. I typically replace mine every year and the battery usually would last around 24 hours or less. I only have to charge this watch once every three days and that is with a lot of stuff running on it. I’ve also been wearing it for six months now with it still keeping that charge.

I haven’t had an Apple Watch since Series 1 so this was a huge leap. The battery life is excellent. The design and features are great. Good selection of case and face protectors. Having come from a Fitbit Sense 2, which was a big disappointment compared to the original Sense, the Apple Ultra 2 wins in every category except battery life. Very happy with my decision to make the switch.
