    Purchased open-box during the Black Friday sale. Came almost like new. It’s a solid watch at a great price. The only downside is that the band isn’t as comfortable as I expected.

    Love the watch- will not order for BB delivery ever again!!! Third party in the Philippines with random door dash delivery people. Delivered to wrong house with no signature. Left on porch- luckily the neighbor understood.

    I decided to splurge and get the Ultra watch for the 36 hours of battery life but the Ultra watch still needed daily charging the same as the Regular Apple Watch I had been using. It a few hours more life but not enough to justify $800. It was returned and I am still wearing my Series 11 watch.

    They gave me the wrong watch then said they didn't have the one I wanted. I specically gave them the model number and picture of the one I wanted. I assume they just wanted to sell a watch.

    I was disappointed to not be able to actually try the watch on prior to purchase. Unfortunately, after purchasing, tried it on and it was huge on my wrist. One day later, I returned it and had to pay $40+ restocking fee. That’s a pretty steep fee to try on a watch.
