I bought this item as open box-excellent condition. Luckily I opened the box at best buy itself and found the charger was missing. This is the second time it happened to me, 2 years back I ordered and ipad pro from bestbuy online that said it's excellent condition, even that had charger missing. How can a product be in excellent condition when some of the accessories are missing. If you try to return they want to charge you 50$ restocking fee. If you charged the previous person 50$ to restock the item, how come you don't verify and correctly mark in the box what's missing and set a fair price accordingly. I didn't expect quality control so bad from a company like best buy.

I had originally bought the wach online, open box. But there was a problem and I had to return it. The software was acting up (I couldn’t change faces or answer calls). The band also wasnt holding on and would slide off. This was supposed to be open box excellent! I went to Best Buy in Westminster and everyone from the greeter to the manager was rude and wanted to charge me extra to exchange the watch. It took and an hour (i got handed off three times to different employees as if they all went to lunch during my exchange) then I was refused service because I apologized to the line building up behind me. The manager thought I said something wrong to them which I didn’t. I couldn’t believe what was happening. The manager then tried to force a refund! I said give me my watch and went to another Best Buy. It was the worst shopping experience ever! Ill never go to that Best Buy! They need to be retrained from the ground up.
