I upgraded to the Apple Watch Ultra 3 and it’s easily the best smartwatch I’ve owned. The titanium case feels incredibly solid, and the display is bright and easy to read even outdoors. Battery life is noticeably better than my previous Apple Watch — I can comfortably go a couple of days without charging. Fitness and health tracking are excellent, especially for workouts and outdoor activities. GPS is fast and accurate, and the cellular feature is super convenient when I don’t want to carry my phone. The Black Ocean Band is comfortable, secure, and looks great for both workouts and everyday wear. It’s definitely on the pricey side, but if you want a premium, rugged smartwatch that does everything well, this one is worth it.

I was worried about the bigger size and the cost. Buy the Apple Ultra 3! Fits the contour of my wrist and doesn't feel bigger than the 43mm watch I had before. I can read the messages with just a glance and easy to navigate through the different apps. Stays charged for two days. Crystal has been bumped several times and no scratches. Awesome watch!!!

The best aspect of the AWU is its battery life. This alone makes it worth it over other models. Not having a percentage of your brain constantly checking to see if you need to charge is so liberating! Shortcuts and automations take Apple Watch to the next level. I use them to control the lights in my house and set different watch faces for different times of day. Health metrics tracking. It’s 2025, there’s enough science out there about health that if you’re not actively taking care of your body, you’re digging yourself an early and uncomfortable grave. Having a cellular-enabled phone/wallet/text messenger on your wrist is the stuff of the future and worth it even if you only use it a few times a year. I finally broke down and bought an Ultra 3. Even though I will not use most of the options, the larger screen, battery life, and it is noticeably faster than the Series 10 I had. Best Buy made it an easy purchase.
