Luckily I opened the box at best buy itself and found the charger was missing. This is the second time it happened to me, 2 years back I ordered and ipad pro from bestbuy online that said it's excellent condition, even that had charger missing. How can a product be in excellent condition when some of the accessories are missing. If you try to return they want to charge you 50$ restocking fee. If you charged the previous person 50$ to restock the item, how come you don't verify and correctly mark in the box what's missing and set a fair price accordingly. I didn't expect quality control so bad from a company like best buy.
